At Purr And Woof Supply (P.A.W.S.), we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility

We accept returns for the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Order issue caused by fulfillment error

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Food, treats, or consumable items (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items requested after 7 days of delivery

    2.3 Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    1. Email us at admin@purrandwoofsupply.com with your order number and issue details
    2. Our team will review your request
    3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

    3. Refunds

    3.1 Inspection Process

    Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.

    3.2 Refund Timeline

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    3.3 Refund Amount

    • Full refund: Approved defective/damaged items
    • Partial refund: Items not returned in original condition or missing components
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

    4. Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.
    If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

    5. Order Cancellations

    Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

    Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

    6. Shipping for Returns

    • If the item is defective or incorrect → we cover return shipping
    • For other approved returns → customer is responsible for return shipping
